From our infamous JD glaze to our sizzling dishes off the grill, TGI Fridays Chef's are masters at their trade. Your main responsibilities will be to create perfect Fridays dishes that are fit for the family every time.
In 2018, over 1,700 chefs took part in our annual kitchen challenge: Food Fight. The regional winners receive a team party, and the national winners also win personalised pressies and VIP attendance to our annual Legends event.
There are two key reasons why our guests visit Fridays - to eat our bold full on flavours and fresh food and to be entertained. Whether you are storing the food correctly, washing the plates so they shine, cooking the flame grilled 21 day matured steaks, mouth watering marinated ribs and flame grilled to order burgers on the broiler, frying our seasoned, hot, crispy fries, plating the double layered nachos or preparing the creamy mash and seasonal veg to complete the meal - YOU play a huge part in entertaining the guest with food that leaves the window sizzling, crispy, juicy and hot and most importantly looking too good to eat.
