When I started in Fridays, I really didn't know what to expect. The amount I learnt about Fridays on my first day was unbelievable! The training is intense for your first few weeks, but ultimately you get out of it what you put in. The way the training operated, I forgot that I was actually training because I was having do much fun!

Not too many companies would pay for their managers to go and spend 9 weeks working in a different store just so that they can be confident managers once they walk into their home store. But Fridays really deliver there.

In my 18 months now with the company, I've gone from a trainee manager, to an assistant restaurant manager, opening a new Fridays in Brighton, promoted to restaurant manager and have now just applied for my first position as general manager. The development and training is all available for you, led by some fantastic trainers. Topped off with a fantastic support team at our Head Office who will happily pick up the phone anytime of the day and give you the support you need.

Fridays truly is the best company I've worked for, and it really does feel like you're part of a family.
