Help our recruitment team to find and engage the very best management in the UK restaurant industry, nurturing great working relationships. Right from the start you’ll help with setting up On Job Experiences’ and Manager In Training programmes and running Manager Talent Showcases and Team Member Development Days.
We are looking for a candidate who definitely gets a kick out of interviewing and engaging new talent and appreciates the
artistry and techniques involved. You’ll also get to grips with our Fridays Family recruitment website and the team member recruitment process. Sharing the buzz of new store openings, helping to advertise new vacancies, getting the most out of digital media, headhunting…. your feet will hardly touch the ground!
Planning, organising and multitasking are part of your DNA. Super-savvy and tenacious, you will make full use of the
recruitment tools available to help us talk to our audience. You will be comfortable and confident in making direct approaches to, and networking with, people in the industry. Ideally you have management experience of recruitment in store or during New Store Openings, or in a hospitality role.

We’re a small (but powerful) team of two so this is an important role within our People team, we’re a pretty close-knit team so you’ll always have loads of support. It’ll be your job to support all the Area managers with their management recruitment. This is a 360 role and you be involved in every stage, from the initial kick-off meeting, to writing adverts, finding and approaching candidates and interviewing - right through to offer and bringing on board.
To assist with the Resource Manager, Directors of Operations and General Managers to attract, recruit and culturally engage the very best management in the UK restaurant industry. Success will be determined by your ability to: Create great working relations with all candidates and follow and further develop established processes and practices to resource enough. Assist with setting up of OJE’s and MIT programmes and also, the running of Talent Showcases and Development Days.
