Technical / Quality Assurance Manager – Food Safety, Quality and Integrity

(Procurement and Supply Chain Department)

•Salary – Up to £45k (depending on experience) plus Benefits

•Location- Remote / Flexible working considered across UK but would need to be able to travel to Support Centre in Luton with travel across the UK and aboard.

They are the heart and soul of everything we do, which is why we’re looking for a self-motivated Technical / Quality Assurance Manager with strong technical and demonstrated experience in the hospitality sector to join our Procurement and Supply Chain Department. 

Working in a challenging commercial environment the Technical / Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for food and drink compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as TGI Friday’s policy requirements and standards in food safety, quality and integrity. The individual will be expected to deliver this through robust systems that provide full due diligence at all times.

The Technical / Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring TGI Friday's are kept up to date on emerging issues relevant to the business, identify any potential impact these may have and recommend remedial actions required to ensure that any TGI Friday’s product is safe, authentic and of the quality required.

Whilst being a dynamic and rapidly expanding UK Hospitality business, the successful individual will work closely with the teams in our stores as well Head of Food and Beverage, Marketing, the Safety and Risk Manager and create great working relations with all external partners, follow and further develop established processes and practices.
