Working in a fast-paced, busy environment the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing the digital activity on our website, including maintenance, out of hours checks and out of hours support if required. The successful applicant will have a team of retained developers that they will need manage efficiently to achieve infrastructure changes to our internal CMS and website. All with the aim to improve processes, UX and generate revenue.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with our Digital leader to implement a best in class strategy for the website and any third party platforms that are required. The successful applicant will be the super user of our CMS system which includes autonomously executing product pages, brand pages, user journey adjustments and any other website updates required.

About you

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 3 years minimum experience of managing websites and a digital development agency, with a proven track record of delivering strong results in competitive sectors in a similar role.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics (GAIQ preferred) with the ability to analyse and improve results.
  • Able to create visual plans that take stakeholders from pre-planning to completion analysis.
  • Strong experience of page creation on website CMS systems. Umbraco is preferable but not essential.
  • Great attention to detail for execution and maintenance of digital products.
  • A willingness to learn, collaborate, research and use initiative.
  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines and deliver results.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and literacy skills.
  • Treats every pound as if it was their own, with astute commercial acumen.
  • Proactive approach to workload and new ideas.
